DEMO did not work

I am in the professional data support business and frequently have a need to recover lost passwords. Your interface was fine, but the demo did not function properly. When an attempted recovery was made it failed. Since the demo did not work I am not currently interested in a purchase.

Wasted install.

I am fully aware that people want to protect their products, but crippling the demo the way this developer did, does nothing to show me that the product works as advertised. It "retrieved" only the first 2 letters of the password for the file I had selected. Crippling functions isn't the way to sell software. Five uses and it shuts down would be much better way to show functionality and allow the prospective customer to properly evaluate the software. After I deleted the kernel software, I downloaded another package that allowed me to us it for 30 day's before it would shut down. I tried it, saw it worked great, I bought it that night. None of the "That is not enabled in the DEMO" messages. This package was deleted and I will not bother to download any other software from this developer. Thank you.
